Welcome to Mimi Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or visiting our clinic, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are in place to ensure clarity, safety, and the best possible experience for every client.

• All clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments.
• A consultation is required before any aesthetic treatment to confirm suitability, discuss desired outcomes, and review your medical history.
• Mimi Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the client’s best interest or is deemed unsuitable.
• Results vary from person to person; no outcome is guaranteed.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are redeemable against your booking and will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments are only confirmed once your deposit has been received.

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and 50% of the treatment cost will be forfeited.

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date medical information.
• Certain health conditions, medications, or recent procedures may make you unsuitable for treatment.
• Mimi Aesthetics cannot be held liable for any adverse outcomes that occur as a result of undisclosed or inaccurate information.

• Aftercare instructions will be provided following every treatment — please follow them carefully.
• Individual results vary depending on factors such as skin type, metabolism, and lifestyle.
• Additional or top-up sessions may be recommended and may incur a charge unless otherwise stated.

• As aesthetic treatments are bespoke and product-based, no refunds are offered on completed treatments.
• Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven negligence or where required by law.
• Deposits and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred at the discretion of management.

• Before-and-after photos may be taken for clinical records and treatment tracking.
• Photos will only be used for marketing or social media with your verbal or written consent.

• All personal information is handled in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
• By submitting personal information, you agree to our privacy and data handling policies.

• Mimi Aesthetics and its practitioners accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from treatment unless caused by proven negligence.
• By proceeding with a treatment, you confirm that you understand the procedure, possible risks, and have given informed consent.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Promotional offers are subject to availability and time limits.
• Discounts or offers cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

Mimi Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who:

• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Displays aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
• Fails to comply with clinic policies or professional recommendations
